I created the Mattress Matters Quiz in Storyline to help customers find the right mattress with ease and confidence. The quiz asks quick, personalized questions about sleep habits, body type, and comfort needs. Based on responses, it provides tailored mattress recommendations to improve sleep quality and reduce discomfort. This saves customers time, guesswork, and money on the wrong mattress. At the end of the quiz, customers can save their personalized results and choose to visit a local store or purchase their recommended mattress online. This added flexibility makes the buying process seamless and convenient, whether they prefer to shop in person or online.
