Hello, a bit about me:
I grew up in a town outside of Metro Atlanta. My love of art began at an early age with my first watercolor set. I spent hours creating images from my imagination. My love of art matured into an affinity for Fine Art and an interest in using technology as a medium. It was no surprise to anyone when I decided that I wanted a career in digital arts. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from  Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Atlanta, Georgia.
Shortly after college, I landed a position with Cox Automotive Manheim as a User Experience Designer. This role exposed me to content development, A/B testing, and hand coding. I later relocated to Dallas, Texas, where I joined the Neiman Marcus Group. As part of the graphics team, I worked on the iOS mobile app, creating promotional banners and improving the app’s performance. I also contributed to the video editing team and led a homepage redesign for Horchow, Neiman Marcus’ luxury home decor brand.
During the pandemic, I relocated back to Atlanta and began remote contract work with Creative Circle, supporting brands such as At Home, Halliburton, and Mattress Firm. In this role, I created more than 25 wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs, increasing usability satisfaction to 85 percent. I also designed over 150 digital assets including social graphics, email templates, and ads, which improved online visibility by 60 percent. A/B testing efforts resulted in a 35 percent increase in user interaction, and one of my email designs achieved a click-through rate 22 percent higher than the industry average.
I look forward to bringing this experience to new creative teams and continuing to design meaningful digital solutions.
When I am not on my computer,
I have an immense passion for traveling, both within the United States and internationally. There’s something truly exhilarating about exploring new destinations, immersing myself in different cultures, and experiencing the unique traditions, foods, and music that each place has to offer. Every journey broadens my perspective and deepens my appreciation for the world’s diversity. One of my most recent adventures took me to London, where I was captivated by the city's stunning architecture, the warmth of its people, and the thoughtful ways typography is used throughout the city to help visitors and locals navigate with ease. This experience left me feeling inspired and even more eager to continue my travels. One of my biggest personal goals is to visit all 50 states in the U.S. and to explore at least one new country every year, enriching my life with new experiences and unforgettable memories.
Beyond traveling, I find great joy in sharing my love for art with my community. In my free time, I teach painting classes for both children and adults in the Atlanta area. Helping others tap into their creativity and express themselves through art is incredibly fulfilling, and I love seeing my students grow in confidence as they develop their skills. When I’m not traveling or teaching, I make it a priority to stay active and engage in activities that bring me joy. Whether I’m gardening, biking along scenic trails, kayaking on the water, swimming to stay refreshed, or enjoying a fun night of bowling, I always seek ways to stay energized and make the most of my time. Life is an adventure, and I embrace every opportunity to explore, create, and connect with the world around me.
